Each experience is crafted to transport you—not just to a place, but to a time and a tale. Whether you’re decoding a vanished prospector’s journal in the Colorado Rockies, or racing to uncover long-lost treasure alongside your team, every moment feels like stepping into the pages of a story… except this time, you’re the main character.
Our Story:
At Map & Myth, we believe the past isn’t something you read about—it’s something you can step into. We create immersive, story-driven adventures that blend real cultural history with interactive fiction, set in stunning natural environments. Our mission is simple: to turn cultural history into living adventures that bring people together through challenge, discovery, and wonder.
We bring together writers, wilderness guides, actors, and hospitality pros to craft rich, unforgettable experiences where history breathes and every clue leads to connection.
A Note
from Asher
Hi, I’m Asher—founder of Map & Myth, lifelong adventurer, and a storyteller at heart.
This company started as a daydream during a long hike—what if travel could feel more like living inside a legend? What if retreats weren’t just escapes, but adventures that challenged us, connected us, and left us with stories we couldn’t stop telling?
I’ve always been fascinated by the intersection of myth, place, and purpose. I wanted to build something that would take people off the grid, out of the ordinary, and into something that felt meaningful. I believe deeply in the power of shared story—not just as entertainment, but as transformation.
Whether you’re a leadership team, a group of close friends, or a family chasing something unforgettable, Map & Myth was built for you. This is more than a trip. It’s a chapter in your story.
